There’s no need to ‘check in’ with us, you can simply let yourself in anytime after 3pm local time, using the Access Code you’ll receive the day before arrival (we also try to text this on the morning of arrival just in case you miss the email). Check Out by 11am. Please contact us with any special requests
Sure thing, just be sure to have your access code handy as it will act as your key into the house and your room. You can arrive any time after 3pm and settle in.
No. Smoking is not allowed inside flora house or in any of the guest rooms. If you wish to smoke, you must do so outside, and you'll find several comfy spots in the garden. A minimum $250 penalty will be charged for smoking of any kind inside the building or guest rooms.
All rates are for double occupancy. Some rooms do have capacity for additional guests, which may be added for an additional fee of $50/night per person.
We have a “No Pets” policy at Flora House
However, under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), we accept service animals defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability. Per ADA requirements, a service animal must be under the handler's control at all times and therefore may not be left unattended while on the property.
We do not allow emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals because they have not been trained to perform a specific job or task, and therefore do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.
Flora House offers complementary, premium wifi that covers the entire property and garden.
Children are welcome, with adult supervision at all times.

Our small off-street lot provides complimentary parking for our guests only. Additional parking is available on the street. There’s also a Walgreens parking lot next door to the North of our property.
We’re about 30 minutes from Denver International Airport by car.
Every room has a hair dryer in the bathroom vanity drawer.
You’ll find a hand steamer in the 2nd floor guest cabinet, please return it when finished.
We provide a complimentary, "Continental" breakfast daily between 8am-10am, with items such as pastry, cheese/meats, fresh fruit, bread & spreads, cereal, oatmeal and yogurt.
If you prefer a cooked breakfast we can recommend several nearby restaurants that we love.
We have a few snacks and some fresh fruit available any time of day in the Guest Fridge, just inside the kitchen door from the dining room.
No, Flora House Denver is not a "Bud & Breakfast".
The prior owner (Adagio) operated that way for a while, but that is not our business model.
We do not provide product, and no smoking is allowed in any guest rooms or inside the house at any time. Please only smoke outside (the garden is great!)
No. But if you'd like to get moving, each room has yoga mats, we're surrounded by great parks and trails for running, and we even have a few bikes available to borrow.
We are also just 4 blocks from Carla Madison Rec Center which has a great gym, several pools and a variety of fitness classes. The first visit is free, and after that the cost is $6/day for non-members. Passes can be purchased at the Rec Center's front desk.
Yes! We have 2 bikes for our guests to borrow, first come first served. Please let us know if you're interested in using the bikes so we can have them ready for you.
Yes! Located in our beautiful garden, an 8 person hot tub is the perfect place to relax and unwind. We do not have hot tubs or bathtubs in any guest rooms.
Yes! We provide complementary general admission tickets for our guests to visit the Botanic Gardens. Timed entry is required and special ticketed events are not included. Just let us know when you'd like to go, and we will send over your tickets via email!
Yes. Gift certificates may be obtained by calling (720) 263-1291 … or REQUEST BY EMAIL.
If you need to cancel or make changes to your reservation, please call us.
We offer a full refund up to 7 days before your arrival date.
Reservations cancelled with less than 7 days' notice are not refundable.
