 We’re happy you’re here.  We want to make sure you have the best stay possible and our goal is to make your visit to Denver a special one.  So, we have created some notes here to help you get the most out of your visit.

We may not see you for your stay here.  Rest assured, we are working very hard behind the scenes to make sure you’ll find Flora House enjoyable and we are here to help you.  We are always just a phone call or text away if you need anything.

Breakfast is self-serve, continental style between the hours of 7am - 10am in the dining room downstairs.  We provide local, seasonal items, such as fresh fruit, yogurt, granola and pastries.  We also have a selection of local coffee, tea and juices for you to enjoy.

If you want a more substantial breakfast, our neighborhood offers a variety of delicious restaurants for you.

Yoga mats are available in your rooms and exercise equipment is in a bin in the garden.  Additional yoga mats are located in the guest cabinets on each floor.

Self-check in is after 3pm and check out is at 11am. You will have received a lock code in text and email before your arrival, so you are welcome to come and go as you please.  Please check with us if you would like to check out late, we will try to accommodate your request if at all possible.

An outdoor cooking area is available for your use while you are here. Please let us know if you’d like to cook outside and we can provide you with grill tools. 

Hot Tub. For your enjoyment, we offer a hot tub out in the garden, which is available between 8am - 10pm.  You will find towels for it in a chest next to it. Please do not bring towels from your room to the garden.  You’re welcome to wear your robe however.  If you like the robe and want to purchase a new one of your own, they are $50.  Please just let us know.

No glassware in the hot tub area.  Please remove and replace the cover with each use.

Botanic Gardens passes are available for all of our guests. Please let us know that you would like to go and we will provide you with your own free pass to this gorgeous local attraction. 

Feel like shopping? We have exclusive Flora House merchandise, fresh locally roasted coffee and other fun gifts in a display in the foyer.

For your entertainment, we have provided a TV in your room as well as a Bluetooth speaker.  You can sign into your streaming accounts on the tv, just remember to sign out when you check out.

Parking is available in our lot on premises, or along Race Street for all of our guests.  You may also park in the Walgreens parking lot.

Guest Cabinets are available in the common areas of each floor.  Inside this cabinet you will find some toiletries, irons, ironing boards, first aid kit and other things you may need during your stay.

3 waste bins (landfill, compost & recycling) are provided in your room and throughout the house. Our goal is to lessen our impact on the earth, so we ask that you please note on each bin what trash goes into each one.

Room Damages.  We have many irreplaceable items, such as furniture, linens and other pieces.  Damage will be assessed and billed to the customer at our replacement cost.  We will always be transparent about damage to the rooms, which may also include excessively soiled linens, carpets and furniture.

No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the house at all.  Please smoke outside only. A $250 fee will be assessed for violations of this policy.

Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.  Please be mindful of our other guests.  Disruptive guests will be asked to leave without a refund.
